Devised a multi-parcel redevelopment concept for Oak Harbor’s main street and waterfront. The City subsequently issued an RFP for development based on elements of the plan.

Prepared a development plan for the downtown commercial district and performed feasibility analysis. Subsequently, wrote design guidelines for the commercial district with Fuller Sears Architects.
