Another Pan Pacific project, this interesting design combined power center anchors with a grocery/drug component. The project features a public courtyard with a movie theater and restaurants.

Aurora Village
Seattle, WA.

This complete, high-end redevelopment
of an older North– Seattle mall was abandoned shortly before construction due to the bankruptcy of Frederick & Nelson. The program, developed by Pan Pacific, included a third department store and a two story mall with food court and theaters.

Cascade Mall

Developed as a joint-venture between Pan Pacific and Winmar, this mall was constructed by Winmar with design, leasing and financing support from Pan Pacific. Darrell Vange managed the partnership relations, and represented Pan Pacific’s interest in the project.

Everett Mall Expansion
Everett, WA.

Ravenhurst planned this open-air expansion for Everett Mall in response to the theater’s desire to consolidate and expand their facility. Darrell Vange supervised the SEPA process and approvals, theater lease negotiations, conceptual design and anchor REA negotiations. The owner sold the property before the project was built.
